DRAINAGE CANAL RECONSTRUCTION SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE The reconstruction of the drainage canal along the eastside of South Virginia Street, between East Goodwin Street and Maple Street, is substantially complete. Please remain alert as crews continue to perform miscellaneous construction activities in the drainage canal over the next two weeks.
