WALKER ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT SIGNIFICANTLY COMPLETE

 

With asphalt paving and final striping installed, the Walker Road Reconstruction Project is significantly complete. Crews will return in the spring to install landscape within the work zone.

 

Project improvements include removing and replacing the existing asphalt pavement, installing new sidewalk, and curb and gutter along the corridor. Utility upgrades include new storm drain, catch basins, and water main line. These upgrades have successfully increased pedestrian access, improved storm water runoff, and updated utility services that will serve the community well into the future. The City of Prescott and their contractor, Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc., are proud to bring infrastructure improvement such as this to the Prescott Community and appreciate your support as we work to complete the Walker Road Reconstruction Project.
