MILE HIGH PARK WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE
With asphalt paving complete along Mayo Street and Keen Street, the City of Prescott and their contractor, Asphalt Paving & Supply, have reached substantial completion of the Mile High Park Water Line Improvements Project. The project included the removal and replacement of the old, undersized water main and services in the areas highlighted in the map below. Additional work included the reconstruction of the low-water crossing along Mayo Street and installing new asphalt pavement throughout the project. These improvements have successfully increased water system reliability by upgrading the existing infrastructure for the Mile High Park Neighborhood. Please remain alert as crews continue performing clean-up operations and finish adjusting utility covers to the finished road grade throughout the coming weeks.
