CLIFF ROSE WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE
The City of Prescott and their contractor, Capital Improvements, LLC, have reached substantial completion of the Cliff Rose Watermain Replacement Project. The project included the installation of new watermain and services along Boardwalk Avenue, from Rosser Street to Marvin Gardens Lane, and along Marvin Gardens Lane, from Boardwalk Avenue and Oriental Avenue (including the cul-de-sac). Additional work included asphalt pavement patching, and the removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, as needed, along the project corridor. These improvements have increased the water system reliability by upgrading the existing utility infrastructure for the Cliff Rose Community.
